THEMATIC AREAS OF INTERVENTION

Climate Smart Kids (CSK)

ECF has been very particular in encouraging children and youth participation on the contemporary global climate challenge as they are the most vulnerable of the population.

In 2018 we started engaging primary school pupils educating and encouraging them to respond to earth most urgent call. As a result, a quiet number of children were reoriented on the man and earth relationship. They were deliberately positioned to understand the two-way affairs between us and our environment, they were also taught to largely believe that the state of our climate is also dependent on their approach to earth. The program groomed them to be grass root catalysts for change in relation to climate change.
